At Face to Face Estate Planning, we’ve built our reputation on providing the highest levels of expert estate planning advice to our customers across Norfolk. One of the most interesting aspects of our work is understanding the unique desires of our clients. Some people have very definite ideas about what should happen to their estate when they die. We’ll help make that happen. Other people need a bit more guidance. We’ll help you understand what the options are and make sure you think of everything.
Our team is our biggest asset. They’re knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Got a question you’re a bit embarrassed to ask? No need, we’ve heard it all before! We’ll put you at ease. It’ll be a huge weight off your mind once you get it all sorted.
Because we’re independent, you can feel secure in the knowledge that whatever advice we recommend is, if needed, backed by a product which best suits your needs, sourced from the whole market.
Our sister company, Face to Face Finance offers independent financial advice which often fits hand in hand with the estate planning process. So we can look after all your affairs under one roof.
I have over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, and have a keen interest in positive psychology and the impact on working environments.
I play an active role in the day to day running of Face to Face Finance and Face to Face Estate Planning, both on the management and the back office side, proactively growing the company.
I am currently studying towards my industry Chartered qualifications.
Outside work, I am a Director of the St Kilda Club, promoting interest and friendship among those who have visited the islands.
I am married, and love travelling, the more far flung the better!
I have over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previously working at Acuma and Friends Provident, I became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2003. Although specialising in Investments and Pensions, I have presented on Inheritance Tax Planning, Care Cost and Equity Release over recent years.
I’m married and in my spare time I enjoy football and being father to three chickens and 60 fish!
I have over 20 years’ experience in financial services having previously worked for Friends Provident and St James’s Place before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser with Face to Face Finance in 2003.
I am a Chartered Financial Planner and have also been awarded a Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society.
I advise individuals, businesses and trustees and work with Accountants and Solicitors who refer their clients to me for their financial planning requirements. I specialise in Investments, Inheritance Tax and Estate planning and Pensions but am fully qualified to advise on all areas of financial planning as well as Wills and Trusts.
I’m married to Linda, have two grown up children and spend much of my spare time looking after an old house and doing the gardening basics (anything involving an engine) under the supervision of Linda!
I have worked at Face to Face Estate Planning and Face to Face Finance since 2011. I am looking forward to challenging myself to achieving Chartered status within the industry in the coming months. I am also working towards a Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
Since I have worked here, I have successfully done pretty much every job in the office, from reports and reception duties to being Ralphs PA – all of these give me a great grounding in my current role as Compliance Director. This job includes making sure all of our reports and letters are correct and accurate and our procedures and processes are documented. I enjoy dealing with more complex queries that we receive in the office and I also oversee the day to day running of the administration team.
My favourite part of being an Estate Planner is meeting different people, and helping to best meet their needs, and seeing a project through from start to finish and providing a great service to all of our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks on the coast and reading.
I joined the team in June 2018 and have never looked back! My parents had already been clients of Face to Face for a number of years, having always enjoyed the experience from their very first interaction. Since starting my career in financial services in 2013, financial advice was the route I had always imagined I would follow. I really enjoy having something to keep me busy, so I’m working towards becoming chartered.
If you spot any cakes in our photos, it’s usually because I’ve been in the kitchen. I love trying out different recipes and attempting to make my creations look even better than they taste – though not every bake is photo worthy! I have recently started playing Netball again and try to get in as much shooting practise as possible at home.
