The friendliest place to come for estate planning advice in Norfolk.

We’ve built our reputation on providing the highest levels of expert estate planning advice to our customers across Norfolk. One of the most interesting aspects of our work is understanding the unique desires of our clients. Some people have very definite ideas about what should happen to their estate when they die. We’ll help make that happen. Other people need a bit more guidance. We’ll help you understand what the options are and make sure you think of everything.

Our team is our biggest asset. They’re knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Got a question you’re a bit embarrassed to ask? No need, we’ve heard it all before! We’ll put you at ease. It’ll be a huge weight off your mind once you get it all sorted.

Because we’re independent, you can feel secure in the knowledge that whatever advice we recommend is, if needed, backed by a product which best suits your needs, sourced from the whole market.

Our sister company, Face to Face Finance offers independent financial advice which often fits hand in hand with the estate planning process. So we can look after all your affairs under one roof.

I play an active role in the day to day running of Face to Face Estate Planning and Face to Face Finance, both on the management and the back-office side, proactively growing the company.

I have over 19 years’ experience working in the financial services and estate planning industry and have a keen interest in positive psychology and the impact on working environments.

I am currently studying towards my industry Chartered qualifications.

Outside work, I am a Director of Buy Local Norfolk, a not-for-profit social enterprise, supporting local businesses, and a Director of the St Kilda Club, promoting interest and friendship among those who have visited the islands.

I am married, and love travelling, the more far flung the better! Upcoming trips include Chernobyl and Antarctica.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the estate planning and financial services industry. Previously working at Acuma and Friends Provident, I became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2003.

I specialise in Inheritance Tax planning, Investments and Pensions.

I’m married and in my spare time I enjoy football and being father to three chickens and 60 fish!

I have over 20 years’ experience in financial services having previously worked for Friends Provident and St James’s Place before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser with Face to Face Finance in 2003.

I’m a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

I advise individuals, businesses and trustees and work with a number of accountants and solicitors who refer their clients to me for their financial planning requirements. I specialise in Investments, Pensions and Inheritance Tax and Estate planning, but am fully qualified to advise on all areas of financial planning as well as Wills and Trusts.

I’m married to Linda, have two grown up children and spend much of my spare time looking after an old house and doing the gardening basics (anything involving an engine) under the supervision of Linda!

I have worked at Face to Face Estate Planning and Face to Face Finance since 2011. I am looking forward to challenging myself in 2018 to achieving Chartered status within the industry. I am also working towards a Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.

My favourite part of being an Estate Planner is meeting different people, and helping to best meet their needs, and seeing a project through from start to finish and providing a great service to all of our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks on the coast and reading.

I joined Face to Face Finance in June 2018, after being given a great opportunity to train to be a Financial Adviser and Estate Planner.  I spend my days shadowing Ralph, meeting clients and learning from his experience. My career in financial services began at Norwich and Peterborough in October 2013 and has lead me to where I am today – in a job that I absolutely love!

2018 has not only brought to me a new job, but also the pleasure of becoming Auntie Em to my first nephew Liam. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the world and have plans to visit Croatia and the Norwegian Fjords in the near future.

I started working for Face to Face Finance in May 2017 as an administrator. I have learnt so much already and I am really looking forward to progressing within the company. My current role includes answering and making client phone calls, creating up to date valuations and writing up letters plus much more. It is a pleasure to work in an office so welcoming and friendly and somewhere I can always expand on my knowledge and grow my career.

I have always lived and worked in Norfolk and my family and friends are very important to me. In my spare time I enjoy socialising and catching up with friends by going out for a meal or going to the cinema.

I started working at Face to Face Finance in February 2018, so I am still learning all there is to know about the finance world! My previous job roles have been in retail, so I’ve been able to take my customer service experience in to this role, to communicate with our clients in a polite and friendly manner. I learn new things every day and working here has shown me the importance of planning for my future. I love working with my colleagues and greatly appreciate all their help and the experiences I have learnt from them.

Coming back from my travels to Australia made me realise I needed to take a different direction in life and find a job that was right for me. Face to Face fits that perfectly! Whilst working full time I am studying a BA honours in English Literature which I apply to my work when writing client and Life Office letters. I hope to use my degree in the future to be an Editor.

I have been riding horses since I was 8 years old, so this is one of my major hobbies and is also a great form of exercise. I also enjoy reading and catching up with friends.
